THE VAULTS

The vaults are located in a rural context in Guadalajara. Away from the noise and bustle of the city, this space aims to be a haven of peace, disconnection and wellness. The programmatic needs and the pre-existence of what was built, it what shapes the sequence of spaces. Two twin vaults joined by a small arch. One of an introspective nature, which closes to itself, to create a transition between the outside world and our interior. A darkness and a silence that takes you away from everything you leave behind. You then discover the other vault in which you become the spectator of this landscape. Taking a look from the stillness. A wellness project, in which we find a meditation and yoga area, and a water and steam area.
